Chính sách bảo mật
WorkoutX (“ứng dụng”, “chúng tôi”) do nhà phát triển Nguyen Thinh phát hành. Chính sách này giải thích chúng tôi thu thập dữ liệu gì, dùng để làm gì và bạn có những quyền gì.
1. Dữ liệu tài khoản
Nếu bạn đăng nhập bằng Apple hoặc Google, chúng tôi dùng Firebase Authentication (Google) để tạo tài khoản. Dữ liệu được lưu gồm: mã định danh tài khoản, tên hiển thị, địa chỉ email (hoặc email ẩn danh do Apple cung cấp) và ảnh đại diện (nếu có). Dữ liệu này chỉ dùng để đăng nhập và hiển thị hồ sơ của bạn trong ứng dụng.
Nếu bạn chọn “Tiếp tục không đăng nhập”, ứng dụng không tạo tài khoản và không gửi thông tin cá nhân nào lên máy chủ.
2. Dữ liệu sức khoẻ (Apple Health)
Khi bạn cho phép, ứng dụng đọc từ Apple Health: số bước chân, lượng calo hoạt động, nhịp tim và thời gian ngủ; đồng thời ghi buổi tập và lượng calo ước tính vào Apple Health.
- Dữ liệu sức khoẻ chỉ được xử lý trên thiết bị của bạn và không được gửi lên máy chủ của chúng tôi hay bên thứ ba.
- Dữ liệu sức khoẻ không được dùng cho quảng cáo, không được bán và không được chia sẻ.
- Bạn có thể thu hồi quyền bất cứ lúc nào trong Cài đặt › Sức khoẻ › Truy cập dữ liệu & thiết bị › WorkoutX.
3. Lịch sử tập luyện và cài đặt
Các buổi tập bạn hoàn thành và tuỳ chọn (ngôn ngữ, giao diện) được lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị.
4. Dữ liệu phân tích
Ứng dụng sử dụng Google Analytics for Firebase để hiểu cách ứng dụng được sử dụng và cải thiện chất lượng. Dịch vụ này có thể thu thập: mã định danh phiên cài đặt ứng dụng, loại thiết bị, phiên bản hệ điều hành, quốc gia/khu vực gần đúng và các sự kiện sử dụng ứng dụng. Dữ liệu này không bao gồm dữ liệu sức khoẻ và không được dùng để theo dõi bạn trên các ứng dụng hay trang web khác. Ứng dụng không hiển thị quảng cáo.
5. Bên thứ ba
- Apple – Đăng nhập bằng Apple, Apple Health.
- Google – Đăng nhập bằng Google, Firebase Authentication, Google Analytics for Firebase. Xem Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google.
6. Lưu trữ và bảo mật
Dữ liệu tài khoản được lưu trên hạ tầng Firebase của Google và được truyền qua kết nối mã hoá. Dữ liệu cục bộ được bảo vệ bởi cơ chế bảo mật của iOS.
7. Xoá dữ liệu
Bạn có thể xoá tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào trong ứng dụng tại Tài khoản › Xoá tài khoản vĩnh viễn. Thao tác này xoá tài khoản Firebase của bạn, thu hồi quyền Đăng nhập bằng Apple (nếu có) và xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu lưu trên thiết bị. Dữ liệu đã ghi vào Apple Health vẫn nằm trong ứng dụng Sức khoẻ và do bạn toàn quyền quản lý.
8. Trẻ em
Ứng dụng không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi.
9. Thay đổi chính sách
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này. Phiên bản mới sẽ được đăng tại trang này cùng ngày hiệu lực.

Privacy Policy
WorkoutX (“the app”, “we”) is published by developer Nguyen Thinh. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
1. Account data
If you sign in with Apple or Google, we use Firebase Authentication (Google) to create your account. We store your account identifier, display name, email address (or the private relay email provided by Apple) and profile photo, if any. This data is used only to sign you in and show your profile in the app.
If you choose “Continue without signing in”, no account is created and no personal information is sent to any server.
2. Health data (Apple Health)
With your permission, the app reads steps, active calories, heart rate and sleep from Apple Health, and writes your workouts and estimated calories to Apple Health.
- Health data is processed only on your device and is never sent to our servers or to third parties.
- Health data is never used for advertising, sold or shared.
- You can revoke access at any time in Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › WorkoutX.
3. Workout history and settings
Workouts you complete and your preferences (language, appearance) are stored locally on your device.
4. Analytics
The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used and to improve it. It may collect an app-instance identifier, device model, OS version, approximate country/region and in-app usage events. It does not include health data and is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites. The app shows no ads.
5. Third parties
- Apple – Sign in with Apple, Apple Health.
- Google – Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication, Google Analytics for Firebase. See Google's Privacy Policy.
6. Storage and security
Account data is stored on Google's Firebase infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections. Local data is protected by iOS security.
7. Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Account › Delete Account Permanently. This deletes your Firebase account, revokes Sign in with Apple (if used) and erases all data stored on the device. Data already written to Apple Health remains in the Health app under your control.
8. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
